Framing for high-end custom homes
A luxury home is judged on straight lines and tight tolerances. We frame to your architect's drawings and engineer's specifications, built to the BC Building Code and ready for the City of Kelowna framing inspection.
Custom home framing
Floor systems, load-bearing and partition walls, headers, beams and shear walls for large, multi-storey homes.
Hillside & steep-slope builds
Stepped foundations, tall retaining walls and carefully staged materials on difficult mountain and lakeview lots.
Post-and-beam & heavy timber
Glulam and timber beams, exposed ceilings and feature trusses cut and fitted with clean joinery.
Complex roofs
Multi-pitch, vaulted, cantilevered and flat-to-sloped roof transitions with accurate rafters and truss setting.
Large openings & glazing
LVL headers and steel-supported openings sized for floor-to-ceiling glass and sliding wall systems.
Outdoor living structures
Covered terraces, cantilevered decks, pergolas and outdoor kitchens framed to match the home.
